Booking & Pricing

Fill out the quote form on our contact page or call 780-983-5775. Tell us your property size, number of bedrooms, and service type and we'll reply with a confirmed price — usually within the hour on business days (Mon–Fri 9am–7pm).

Standard recurring cleans start from $150 for a 1-bedroom apartment. Deep cleans start from $240. Move-out cleans start from $250. Exact pricing depends on your property size and condition — we always give you a confirmed price before any work begins. View our service comparison for details.

As much notice as possible is appreciated, especially for move-out cleans around month-end. That said, we do accommodate short-notice bookings when our schedule allows — even same-day in some cases. Contact us and we'll let you know availability.

For standard recurring cleans, no deposit is required. For move-out and larger one-off cleans, we request a 50% deposit by e-transfer to confirm the booking and 50% on completion.

We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer the slot to other clients. We understand life happens — just reach out as early as possible.

Supplies & Equipment

Yes — we bring everything. Professional-grade commercial vacuums (HEPA backpack and commercial upright), colour-coded microfibre cloths, all cleaning products, mops, brushes, and supplies. You don't need to provide anything. All products are properly labelled and diluted.

Yes. We offer an eco upgrade — certified eco-friendly products throughout your entire clean. Just mention it when requesting your quote. Great for homes with pets, young children, or sensitivities.

We use a strict colour-coding system to prevent cross-contamination: blue cloths for general surfaces, yellow for kitchen only, green for mirrors (water only), pink for toilet bowl and high-touch disinfecting, and orange for toilet exterior. The cloth that touched a toilet never touches a kitchen counter.

During the Clean

Not at all. Most of our clients aren't home during the clean. You can leave a key, keypad code, or building buzzer instructions. We're fully insured and bonded — your home is in trusted hands.

It varies by property size and service type. A standard clean for a 2BR home typically takes 2–3 hours with our team. A move-out clean takes longer — usually 4–6 hours depending on condition. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If something was missed or didn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to fix it at no extra charge. No arguments — we just come back and make it right.

Move-Out Cleans

Everything that typically gets attention at the end of a tenancy — inside oven, fridge, and microwave; inside all cabinets and closets; all bathrooms; baseboards; vents and light fixtures; floors vacuumed and mopped; all surfaces wiped. Appliances and baseboards are standard inclusions, not add-ons. A professional receipt documenting the service date and scope of work is provided with every job. At least 5–7 days before your move-out date is ideal. Month-end dates fill up quickly — contact us as soon as you have a confirmed move-out date. We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

For a full move-out clean, yes — all furniture and personal belongings should be removed. This lets us properly clean inside all spaces, under fixtures, and throughout every room.

Absolutely — that's exactly what our move-out clean is designed for. We work through a checklist that mirrors standard landlord inspection criteria. Many clients book the clean for the day before their inspection.

Window Cleaning

Yes — window cleaning is now available as a fully standalone service, not just as an add-on. You can book it on its own or combine it with any standard, deep, or move-out clean. See our window cleaning page for full details.

Yes. We use professional 30-foot extension poles fitted with a sponge and squeegee, which allow us to reach basement, ground-floor, and second-floor windows safely — all from the ground. No ladders, no scaffolding. We cannot service high-rise or multi-storey buildings above the second floor.

Window cleaning is priced per window. Interior windows start from $5, exterior from $6. On arrival, we walk through and count the windows with you, assess condition, and give you a confirmed total before any work begins. Interior and exterior are quoted separately — you choose the scope that works for you.

Each window is sponged, scrubbed, and finished with a squeegee for a streak-free result. Frames are wiped inside and/or outside depending on scope. Interior cleans also include track vacuuming as standard. We do a walkthrough with you on completion and provide a receipt.

Trust & Safety

Yes — PrimePoint Cleaning carries Commercial General Liability insurance and is fully bonded. We're also licensed with the City of Edmonton. Your home and belongings are protected.

Our owner-operator Tara is on every job. You get the same team every visit — not a rotation of strangers. We're a family business and we keep it that way.

We serve all of Edmonton. Standard and recurring cleans are available within our primary zone (approximately 7–10 km of southwest Edmonton). Move-out and move-in cleans are available city-wide. Contact us with your address and we'll confirm.
